What is the 10% performance share calculated on?
The growth in the one metric we agree to move, over a baseline we set together in month one. For revenue that is 10% of the incremental revenue. For a non-revenue metric like pipeline or booked jobs, it is 10% of an agreed dollar value of the growth. Uncapped, because if you grow 10x we should grow with you.
What if you do not move my number?
Month one is a paid diagnostic. If there is no measurable movement by day 60, the next month is free. If it never moves, you leave owing only the base you already paid. Month to month means you are never locked in.
Why is the founding base so low?
It is a cohort mechanic, not our identity. The first five clients get $3K because they are betting on a new company. They keep that rate for the life of the engagement. After five slots, standard is $6K.
Any contracts or hidden fees?
No. No setup fee, no exit fee, no minimum term. You own the ad accounts, the site, the data, and the code. If you leave, it all goes with you.
