delete the work
nobody should be doing.

The reporting, enrichment, routing and copy-paste that eats your team’s week. We automate the parts that are truly repetitive and leave the parts that need judgment alone.

you need this
when.

  • 01 Someone spends Friday building the same report by hand.
  • 02 Leads sit unrouted overnight because routing is a human.
  • 03 Your team is drowning in tasks that have an obvious rule behind them.

what we
actually do.

1

time the manual work

A week of honest logging on where hours go. Automating the wrong task is the most common way this money gets wasted.

2

automate the plumbing first

Enrichment, routing, deduplication, alerting, reporting. Deterministic work with a clear rule, where a model isn’t needed and shouldn’t be introduced.

3

add models where they earn it

Classification, summarisation, drafting and research, each with a human check on anything that reaches a customer.

4

monitor and hand over

Alerting when a flow breaks, documentation your team can edit, and no dependency on us to change a rule.

Month to month. You can stop us at any point.

the questions
you’re thinking.

Will this replace anyone on the team?

In our experience it moves people off the parts of the job they hate. If headcount reduction is the actual goal, say so up front, because it changes what we build.

What happens when a model gets it wrong?

Anything customer-facing has a human check before it sends. Internal flows get confidence thresholds and an alert, so a bad output is visible rather than silent.

Do we need new tools?

Usually not. Most of this runs on what you already pay for, plus a workflow tool. New subscriptions are the last resort, not the first proposal.
